25g Carr's Sauce Flour
Whisk 25g of Carr’s Sauce Flour into 300ml milk. Add 25g cheese of your choice such as Cheddar, Parmesan or even Stilton. Bring slowly to the boil whilst stirring. Simmer gently for 3 minutes to produce a very smooth sauce.
