Recipe for Herb Sauce with Carrs Flour


25g Carr's Sauce Flour

300ml Milk

Good handful of Herbs

Carr’s SauceFlour


Whisk 25g of Carr's Sauce Flour into 300ml milk. Add finely chopped fresh herbs of your choice such as parsley, chives or thyme to taste. Bring slowly to the boil whilst stirring. Simmer gently for 3 minutes to produce a very smooth sauce.
