Twice in a week, Carr’s Flour has been seen on TV! It was great to see our long standing customer, Greenhalgh’s Bakery on Good Morning TV featuring Carr’s Canadian Flour. With reporting from influencer, food writer and photographer Jane Dunn, they showed how they bake hot cross buns at their bakery in Bolton. They are the proud holder of the Guinness Book of Records for the largest ever hot cross bun, weighing a staggering 168kg!
On BBC Scotland News, our customer, North Lanarkshire bakery, Christie the Baker, was filmed making the ‘perfect’ Scottish morning roll.
It was lovely to see Carr’s Canadian Flour being featured!
The morning roll is a staple of any Scottish breakfast and is sold in its thousands every day across the country.

Carr’s Flour won the Ingredients Manufacturing Company of the Year at the Food Manufacture Excellence Awards 2023. This is the second time the company has won the title, having previously been awarded the same accolade in 2021.
