Twice in a week, Carr’s Flour has been seen on TV! It was great to see our long standing customer, Greenhalgh’s Bakery on Good Morning TV featuring Carr’s Canadian Flour. With reporting from influencer, food writer and photographer Jane Dunn, they showed how they bake hot cross buns at their bakery in Bolton. They are the proud holder of the Guinness Book of Records for the largest ever hot cross bun, weighing a staggering 168kg!
