Carr’s Sundried Tomato & Chilli – A premium white bread mix flavoured with sundried tomato & chilli.

We are very excited to announce the launch of Carr’s Kids. A range of mixes and baking equipment specially created for kids – to help encourage them on the start of their baking journey. Carr’s Kids Bread Mix and Biscuit Mix, come in a handy 500g bag. Made with mixed up white & brown flour for extra goodness. They are so simple to use and the perfect way to introduce kids into baking.

Carr’s have also created a range of baking equipment for little bakers. The Carr’s Kids Baking Set are child friendly sized utensils, comprising of a rolling pin, spatula, pastry brush, spoon and cutting board, packed into a Carr’s branded drawstring, cotton bag for safe keeping. The Carr’ Kids branded Apron is made from cotton and is fully adjustable to suit all little bakers. Also in the range is a selection of Carr’s Kids Cookie Cutters, in different designs, hearts, stars & round cookie, they are perfect for little fingers. Measuring Cups & Spoons, are an 8 piece set with accurate measures and each cup has a cookie cutter on the base to stamp out various shapes to make cookies or decorations. The bright striking colours are sure to brighten any day of baking!

Carr’s Flour are thrilled to be able to announce that they have won the Pizza and Pasta (PAPA) New Ingredient Industry Award for 2020 with their Carr’s Pizza Flour, Amore Farina. Amore Farina, literally means, “Love Flour” in Italian and we literally do ‘Love Flour’ at Carr’s!

Milled at the Maldon Mill, in Essex, the pizza flour was created in the test bakery, and undertook a three stage scientific development process to ensure consistent taste and quality for every pizza made using the new flour. Our aim was simply to create the best pizza flour on the market. This premium grade flour, makes a strong, white, smooth elastic dough that remains light and gives the perfect rise, to create authentic pizzas, every time.

The Award was hotly contested and judged over three stages and culminated in being tested by chefs and a final presentation to the judges.

It is wonderful, after so much work by the team, that we have been recognized  for the truly great product, that Amore Farina Flour is.
