The ideal accompaniment to our Figgy Pudding, with a dash of brandy to warm the palate! INGREDIENTS
25g Carr's Sauce Flour
300ml Milk
Good dash of Brandy
25g White or Brown Sugar
300ml Milk
Good dash of Brandy
25g White or Brown Sugar
METHOD
Whisk 25g of Carr’s Sauce Flour into 300ml milk. Add a good dash of brandy and the sugar. Bring slowly to the boil whilst stirring. Simmer gently for 3 minutes to produce a very smooth sauce.
