The ideal accompaniment to our Figgy Pudding, with a dash of brandy to warm the palate!
Good dash of Brandy
25g White or Brown Sugar
Whisk 25g of Carr’s Sauce Flour into 300ml milk. Add a good dash of brandy and the sugar. Bring slowly to the boil whilst stirring. Simmer gently for 3 minutes to produce a very smooth sauce.
