INGREDIENTS
¾ tsp Fast Action Dried Yeast
300g Wholemeal Flour
100g Strong White Flour
¾ tbsp Sugar
10g Butter
1 tbsp Milk Powder
1 tsp Salt
50g Chopped Onion, Softened
280ml Water
100g Cheddar Cheese

METHOD
1. Place all ingredients into the pan by following your manufacturers’ instructions regarding the order of liquid/dry ingredients.
2. Set your machine to the basic/normal setting, medium crust.
