Good handful of Herbs
Whisk 25g of Carr’s Sauce Flour into 300ml milk. Add ﬁnely chopped fresh herbs of your choice such as parsley, chives or thyme to taste. Bring slowly to the boil whilst stirring. Simmer gently for 3 minutes to produce a very smooth sauce.
