INGREDIENTS
1 Egg made up to 425ml with Water, mixed
1½ tsp Fast Action Dried Yeast
400g Carrs Breadmaker Wholemeal Flour
1 tbsp Jumbo Oats
1 tbsp Wheat Flakes
1 tbsp Barley Flakes
1 tbsp Rye Flakes
1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
1½ tsp Salt
2 tsp Sugar
3 tsp Skimmed Milk Powder
1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
METHOD

1. Follow the manufacturers’ instructions regarding the order of liquid/dry ingredients.

2. Set your machine to the basic/normal setting, medium crust
